We've had Dry Carpet do 2 homes and this is the 2nd time for our current. Had them done about 4 years ago and had a few issues, which were resolved, but this time, after 3+ hours, we were completely happy. Spots we thought were lifers were gone. The "Oh, you have dogs" smell has gone and the pet-oil marks from their favorite doss-spots have also gone. The carpets feel clean, which we'd forgotten just how that felt. The Yorba Linda franchise owner personally put a huge amount of effort into the job and her and her co-laborer are to be thanked and congratulated. Highly recommend Dry Carpet.
