I want to thank Walter and the system for a wonderful job. The results were way beyond my expectation. My carpets are twelve years old and have never been cleaned. I was very dubious about anyone being able to get them clean, especially a company who uses no chemicals. But, I liked the idea of no chemicals or soap because I know both those leave a residue and that carpets dirty much faster after the first cleaning because of this residue. But, I am so impressed with your system!! I could not be happier or more pleased with the results.
