After reading many positive reviews about Dry Carpet on Angie's list last year, I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed and asked them back again this year. The staff is always on-time, professional, and thorough. The carpets look great! They were not soaking wet (something I had experienced every time with other carpet cleaners). Also, there is no chemical or awful deodorizer smell. I was also impressed that Dry Carpet's contacted me after one year to reschedule and they have a very easy on-line scheduling system.
