I am moving and my landlord was on his way. I needed help and I needed it fast. I went online and made an appointment for the very next day. I couldn't sleep the night before, worrying about what it would cost me to have the carpet repaired or replaced. I mentioned the pet stains in my appointment request. The contractor showed up right on time, pulled his equipment out and surveyed the house. He said the stains wouldn't be a problem. I left my son home and went to work. When I walked in, I couldn't believe how well it looked. The stains were gone! My landlord came that night and he said he was expecting the worst, but he couldn't even tell I had a dog. The carpet was dry and the house smelled fresh. The entire house looked like the carpet was brand new. What a relief! I slept like a baby that night.
