I had mentioned to someone at work that I was not looking forward to getting my carpets cleaned. I had tried to do it myself but I was exhausted by the time I even had the prep work done, but I didn't want to hire someone to come in (as I have experienced several times in the past) to just spray, suck and go, with the stain reappearing in days. My comments were overheard by a 1-800-DRYCARPET satisfied customer. He came to me highly recommending that I give you a try. He had used you twice before and would never go anywhere else. I called that same day and was able to schedule an appointment for the day and time someone was available to be home.

My carpets were cleaned yesterday. My husband was home during the work, and even he was impressed. My house smells better than it has in years and my carpet looks like new! Time will tell if stains reappear, but I really don't think that will happen. We are very satisfied with the service provided and the efficiency and professionalism of the person who did the work.
