I want to thank the company for having such professional, caring, and courteous employees. Andrea Dodge who came to my house yesterday, has been just wonderful; always follows through, does an exceptionally awesome job on the cleaning, and like myself she is type A!!! She finds the spots, takes care of it, and leaves the house spotless.

I love DRY CARPET! You better always stay in business because I would never want to have my carpet cleaned any other way. I love the way it smells; it's dry immediately so stuff can be put right back; it doesn't leave a residue that attracts the dirt right back like a magnet; and I am particularly partial to Andrea Dodge. She does a great job and she is completely trustworthy. I had always dreaded the preparation for getting the house area ready to have the carpet cleaned, but Andrea has put me at ease with even that. Thank you so much for your post and your continued business. We like to do a good job. I am also glad that the 1-800 DRYCARPET products do a great job of cleaning wool area carpets. Not all products on the market today can clean these special types of carpets without damaging them or causing the dye to bleed.
