I loved the customer service offered. I do feel the carpets were well cleaned, I was disappointed with the upholstry cleaning and cost. It did not clean well and the stains did come back immediatly.It was VERY pricey compored to traditional cleaning but I loved Robert and Crew. Robert did return and try to clean again but there was still little success, possibly due to the process, it just doesnt work well on something other than a flat surface. I also LOVE the referral service although I know I had several people use the service (5 or 6) and never received any type on referral confirmation.
I am also unsure of the final step with the metal rake...I am afraid it frays the carpet....

this sounds negative but I really did love the cleaniness, quick drying, Customer Service, cleaning I received!

Walter came out today and cleaned the whole house for my free cleaning. He really did a great job and even though my house slightly exceeded the "Free cleaning credit amount" he did not charge me. He worked really hard and completed the job BY HIMSELF so it did take a bit longer and I felt bad he worked so hard, but I am happy my carpets are CLEAN!! THANK YOU AGAIN Robert and Team. Jenni Rahn
