They were on-time, friendly, reasonable in price ... and the product really is amazing. I don't even want to know what the stains were that the past tenant left in my apartment. I hired a "professional" cleaning company about a year ago, which amounted to a high-priced vacuuming. Dry Carpet removed every last stain and drop of dust. You really have to see this to believe it.
