As a long time customer of 1-800 DryCarpet, I wanted to let you know that I continue to be a very satisfied user.

The dry carpet process is so much better than the typical "wet" treatments in that my carpets are beautiful and ready to enjoy immediately after cleaning.

As a pet owner, there are always pet stains and odors to contend with and the dry carpet process removes those and leaves my carpets looking and smelling great.

Finally, I would like to acknowledge Maria the franchise owner here in the South Bay Area, who has serviced me for the past couple of years. She is prompt, thorough and most accommodating. She is a great representative for the Company.
