I experience wonderful service and the technician "Brian Jones" was very nice and took his time to clean my carpet. I take care of 4 or more children in my home and they spill lots of apple juice/milk on my carpet and Brian removed them easily. Also, the amazing thing is the dryness afterwards. The carpet dry within 10-15 minutes. I love that! I don't like to wait for the carpet to dry which when I have used steam clean before, it took 2 days to really dry. I highly recommend this service and I will use this again. Thank you to Brian for a job well done.
