Had my carpets cleaned today, and these guys did a great job, considering the condition of my carpets. They were friendly, professional, and worked really hard. I found this company on-line and was impressed with the organic, no-wet idea. Was not happy with the long-term results of steam cleaning. Right after I read Cath's comment, I setup an appointment with 1-800 DRYCARPET on 6/12. And I just had my 20-years old carpet cleaned today. It is amazing, not only the carpet smell good but the carpet looks like new one. These guyes really did an excellent job.
