I moved in 4 years ago, and the previous owners supposedly had the carpets clean. I still found cat hair and dirt. SO we used the store bought steam cleaners and have for the last 4 years. UNTIL I couldn't stand that the carpets still looked brown instead of a clean tan. I heard a comercial on KWAVE and was ready to try anything.
I was and am still amazed at how clean the carpet looks, feels, and smells; especially the stairs. There's no longer the dirty brown streak that ran up the middle of the steps where everyone walks. It's been almost 6 months now. It still looks awesome.
I will no longer do the professional or home steam cleaning, not even for spot treatment.
