Just had them come this morning. They were prompt, worked hard, and very friendly. We had some pretty soiled areas (high traffic) that they worked at hard and got clean. When we moved in (three years ago) the carpet was already a couple of years old. I will never know why they picked such a light color for the carpet. After todays cleaning the carpet seems like it is cleaner than when we first moved in. Also, the carpet was already nearly dry when they finished. This is a big plus.
