We were so happy when Maria and her helper finished the incredible job on our home. We had a conventional steam cleaning done on our new carpet the first time we had it cleaned, and was extremely disapointed with the results. First they took 3 1/2 hrs. to complete, and then they left our carpet soaking wet. They had to leave a carpet dryer for 2 days, running almost the whole time to dry the carpet and pad. The carpet did not smell clean and to top it all off, I had to tell the helper to stop hitting on my sister! To add insult to injury all the stains came back within days! But in 1-800-drycarpet's case the total opposite was what we got. Kind and curteous as well as working very hard to get the stains out the others didn't (even the tar I got on the stairs from my work boots!). The carpet was not only clean and dry but has a pleasant smell. The best part is that our 1 yr. old daughter will not be in danger of chemical residue or detergent. I am telling all my friends and family to give 1-800-drycarpet a call the next time they need a carpet cleaning. We will definatly use them again and again!
