The guys that came to my home were very professional and friendly. They assured me as I left for work that I would not reconize my carpets. It was a joke throughout the day if that was a good thing or bad thing. Well it turned out to be a very good thing. The carpet looked brand new and without the oder of wet carpet. My home smelled fresh and clean.
