The carpet looks just like new and the carpet cleaners were friendly and professional. I was highly impressed. My honey had been suggesting that we needed new carpet, but now, it look just like new carpet without the expense of new carpet. Thankfully, they were able to do a great job because I did not already have soap residue in the carpet yet from other carpet cleaners. The carpet was virginal as far as carpet cleaners, although it was ready to be cleaned.
