You know, I have used ZEROREZ and it was amazing! They have always taken amazing care of me. It is too bad that you had a bad experience. Unfortunately, there is always at some point an uhappy customer. But zerorez is not just a carpet cleaner. they did my tile, my airducts, disinfected and protected my home. they literally brought my home down. zero residue (because they use soap in their cleaning, they have a wet technology purchased from another ompany... EAU? you should read up about it... any residue left if from past cleaners that is coming up from the pad in cleaning) zero bacteria, zero mold, zero dust... It is amazing! Again, I am truley sorry that your experience was so bad. Maybe next time instead of discussing it with one of their technicians, you should ask to speak with the owner. that generally gets the job done!
